From an idea to a testable version

MVP and POC development
for startups

Proofs of concept and initial product versions for founders and product teams, focusing on interactive software, 3D and products combining computation with interfaces. We define the question to test and the development needed to answer it.

Service scope

Choose the development stage

POC and MVP answer different questions. Before starting, define what to test, who will use the version and what result is enough to justify continuing.

01 / POC

POC: proof of concept

A focused implementation of a technical component or interaction with unresolved feasibility. The result tests the assumption under defined conditions before expanding development.

02 / MVP

MVP: a first version for users

Implement a core use case end to end. Target users can try the product and give feedback on its actions and value.

03 / NEXT

Handover and further development

Deliver the agreed version and documentation, with limitations and remaining work mapped out. Code transfer, runtime environment and support are defined in advance.

Project stages

How we work

01

Define the question to test

Identify the target users and what needs proving.

Deliverable: the business and technical question
02

Plan the version scope

Choose the minimum that provides a useful answer.

Deliverable: POC or MVP scope
03

Development and interim demonstrations

Develop the scenario and show interim versions.

Deliverable: an initial product to test
04

Review results and hand over

Collect findings and identify the next step.

Deliverable: handover and a development plan

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a POC and an MVP?

A POC tests whether a technical component or idea is feasible. An MVP is a limited product for users to evaluate value and usage. Choose according to the question that needs answering now.

Do we need a complete specification?

No. Start with an idea, target user and question. The initial conversation focuses the direction, then we define development scope and deliverables.

What do we receive at the end?

The agreed version and deliverables, with the handover and documentation needed for use and further work. Code, documentation and support scope are defined in the project agreement.

What affects POC or MVP development cost?

Technical complexity, the number of user actions, existing code quality and external service integrations. We also define the environment and maturity required: an internal demo or a version for target users.

Let's discuss
your project

Tell us the target user, the problem and what exists already: an idea, specification, design or code. We will assess a first version suited to your stage.

  • Choose between POC and MVP
  • Focus the scenario and version scope
  • Plan the first step and its evaluation
